I signed up about 3 months, which I think is enough time to be able to reliably evaluate this service. I needed tech support several times (ima newb :-D ) and I have to say the people that run this site are very helpful. Service has been solid I am happy.

I left my other provider because I sumbitted a tech support request and it was never answered. I had a question for red orb, crossed my fingers, and boom...within 5 minutes I had an answer. Very happy with the support - service seems bueno.

I joined this service back in April. Before I signed up I tried doing a bit of research on these guys but couldn\'t find too much information since they were so new. But I decided to give them a shot since they have cheap block accounts (3 gigs for $1.99) and were recommended by slyck. After a few days of trying their cheapest service, I found that in general, the speeds were very good and the service was consistent.

I\'ve been using the newsgroups for a long time and its hard to find a bad service if you stick with the major names. This was my first departure from a major brand and i went solely on the recommendation of slyck and the fact that I wanted the cheapest service I could find. So after being with them for two months, I\'m still with them and still have the cheapest service, which is 3 gigs...I generally don\'t download any more than that.

I\'ve been looking for a block account service since I generally know how much I download per month. The speeds are fast and I haven\'t encountered any real problems yet. Both times I needed help the tech support responded within minutes. So yeah...the service is good if you know what you want.

Service itself was good, speeds were great for me all around. A decent offering for a new business, but value for money is average at best. The accounts do not make sense to me as you more or less have to use it all up or it is gone each month, and you are billed each and every month, whether you use it or not. As decent as the service was, it left me wondering why wouldn\'t someone just use a traditional non-expiring block account and not be bothered with a monthly cost? If I was a normal subscriber I think i would end up scrambling towards the end of the month just to use up what I paid for, and probably grab stuff i do not even want. I think if they wanted to become competitive, they should at least roll over unused Gigabytes in between months then they would have a good concept I think.

I signed up about 2 weeks ago, but I held off commenting until I gave the service a good try. Download speeds are tapped out, and tech support was on the dime when I had a billing question. So if you\'re looking for the cheapest block accounts around, these guys are good.

I didn\'t know much about this stuff, but the support helped me even before I signed up...figuring out the newsgroups slowly but surely...thanks!

I hardly ever go above 30 gigs so I gave that plan a shot...They are the new kids on the block but every time I connect no problems.

Seems they just started a sale...I just bought their 50 gig plan since it was cheaper than the rest and I'm happy so far.
