@bpaw et.al.
For some reason I've not been able to login with my username (Stressed_Out) and password so have had to register with new name.

As the others above I look in regularly to see if the "Scammers" have dreamed up something new.

@bpaw. Good work in letting us know about "Tezimondo'". Keep up great work.

Fred is a God send.

@stressed - whether stressed_out or not_stressed, you are stressed!

Good to see you back mate!

Researching the old foes TT, Clem, Becker, Torabi etc. Some have presence like Torabi with cyberdealer.co.uk but not in their name.

Is speculative invoicing, and all the "rewards" it gains worth not having an online presence?

I hope that the quietness on the NPO front is because of this.

Hi stressed mate.

Assuming Windows PC, I tell you how I do it.

To obtain screenshot, I use Print Screen ("PrtScn") key to copy screen to clipboard, then paste into Microsoft Paint, then crop the area I want. Might need another picture program to resize smaller to fit on the forum. Then save as JPEG (".jpg") picture file format.

I then upload the picture to tinypic.com which then gives me an url link (Bottom link they provide). I then use URL button on the slyck.com post editor which gives the url brackets and paste the link in between.

Hope that makes sense!

I'm still lurking too!

Can't believe it's 6 years since I watched Andy ( :wank ) walking away from the SDT very dejected after being suspended for 2 years!

Talking of Crossley.

Check out his linkedin profile:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrew-j-crossley-9663a772/

Spoiler: show
Image

Not a pretty image of Crossley:

Image

But he was never a pretty sight!

A Film Producer, eh?

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10038601/officers

Crossley appointed as Director March 2016 then resigned April 2016. Duncan Napier-Bell was appointed Director at the same time.

Also:

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09975837/officers

Both are current Directors of this company.

I am intrigued of the following imdb link which has Andrew Crossley & Duncan Napier-Bell as Producers:

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4704314/fullcredits/?ref_=tt_ov_st_sm

Considering Crossley is part of the team of Warrens Solicitors, how does he find the time to be a film producer?

https://warrens.law/andrew-crossley-notable-cases/

Funny that he links to the notable Sex On The Beach case which he had a brief bit of fame before his venture into speculative invoicing.

He might consider himself a film producer, but he is still a :wank

Well if he's as good a director/producer as he is a solicitor then the film industry's reputation is on the line.

Commencing at this week’s European Film Market In Berlin, Kaleidoscope will handle sales on all films in The Works’ catalogue, including recent releases California Typewriter, The Climb and The Last Photograph, as well as the back catalogue.

The deal was negotiated by Spencer Pollard, CEO of Kaleidoscope, Deepak Sikka, director of The Works and Robert Croucher, founder of business management consultancy Hatton & Berkeley.

They cant be tup to much if they use a thug like Croucher IMHO, and a unrepentant thug at that.

Seeing Hickster mate that you foreseen this deal of the devils back at 22nd February, it seems that two of the mentioned names in the deal Robert Croucher and Deepak Sikka formed a new company 7th March:

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/OC421322/officers

I know mate! Those "1986" companies seem like he was trying to find the right company name, and it took him so many to find the right one!

Disturbingly, Croucher seemed to be part of the "Animation Department" of this film back in 2009:

https://www.imdb.com/name/nm3931482/

Should be renamed "The Tin Woodman of Hatton & Berkeley"......If I only had a brain......

Yet another Croucher company as a Director appointed Feb 2014:

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/OC391393/officers

BTW, GDPR comes in to force now, so using it...……

EDIT:
Also, Crouchers personal website is password protected:

https://www.robertcroucher.com

That is the slyck.com effect. A self described "Media & Entertainment" person has to hide behind a password.

I said I would use the new GDPR against the trolls:

Spoiler: show
ICO make a complaint: https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/cookies/

My complaint:
Please provide the name of the website you were visiting when the cookie was set (e.g. www.anysite.co.uk)
https://www.hattonandberkeley.com

Please provide details of any pages of that website which caused you particular concern
All website pages

Please provide the name of the website which set the cookie you have concerns about (This may be different to the website you were visiting)
Google Analytics and www.squarespace.com

Please provide as much further information as possible about the cookie (e.g. name, value and expiry time)
_ga, _gid, ss_cid, ss_cpvisit, ss_cvr, ss_cvt - All perstant cookies which track IP addresses of visitors across websites which is provided to 3rd party without visitor consent. There is accepted consent by the website by clicking a continue button.

Please summarise your privacy concerns in light of your visit to the site
Both squarespace and google analytics are provided with the full IP address of a visitor without explicit consent, and there is no provided option to turn off scripts. squarespace provide guidance to be GDPR compliant at https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-u ... quarespace which this website does not adhere to. There is a privacy policy which was last updated in January 2017, which shows that they have not made any attempt to adhere to GDPR legislation.

Please summarise the details provided on the website
They explain that they may record where a visitor is located. They explain that they use anonymous identifiers for local storage. There is no reference to storage of personal information by a 3rd party such as google analytics and squarespace which is the purpose of my complaint.

Please tell us any other information that you think is important in relation to your concerns about this specific use of cookies
I am particularly concerned from their privacy policy saying "We may collect and store information (including personal information) locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.". There is no explicit consent. Their pop-up notice of cookies simply gives you a "Continue" button, whilst they have already recorded your location and provided your IP address to 3rd parties. There is no link to privacy policy on the pop-up notice. There is no option to opt-out on their website either. This was wrong before GDPR, and is definitely wrong with GDPR.

There are other questions about "Did you adjust your security setting?" which I said "Yes", and questions about browser, device and OS.

That's it.
