If that's the case, let's just hope that Terence's well-documented past history follows him around in his professional life, like a bad smell. :wank

Now that Crossley has been found guilty of various charges and suspended for two years in order to protect the public, what are the chances of a group action against Crossley and his associates for harassment ? Ralli were suggesting such an outcome in March 2011 http://www.ralli.co.uk/pdf/lessons_from ... rtroom.pdf ..check page 5 of the pdf.

Any sign of an appeal by the DL two? I had a quick look at the DL website and no sign of Gore or Miller or whichever one stayed with the firm. DL made a big fuss about how the SDT decision was wrong and said they would be appealing.

It is David Gore who remained at DL and there is a page about him on their site which can be found via Google but not (at the time of posting this) using the search facility on their site.

Yes I tried the search facility on their site and couldn't find him. Maybe they've got him doing back room stuff, not practicing but still in the partnership. Don't think I'll bother to go to their office to inspect the 'full list of partners'! Will be interesting to see if they ever appeal. Difficult to see it given the Crossley hearing result.

Andrew Crossley - ACS:Law wrote in LoC:
Our client has retained forensic computer analysts to search for and identify Internet addresses from which their copyright works are being made available on so called "peer to peer" programs (in your case Bittorrent) so that they may be downloaded by third parties without our client's consent or licence.

Defendant response:
Not guilty you speculative invoicing, illegal method, scam artist, law untrustworthy so called Solictor.

SDT accused Andrew J Crossley:
1) Allowed his independence to be compromised

2) Acted contrary to the best interests of his clients

3) Acted in a way that was likely to diminish the trust the public places in him or in the legal profession

4) Entered into arrangements to receive contingency fees for work done in prosecuting or defending contentious proceedings before the Courts of England and Wales except as permitted by statute or the common law

5) Acted where there was a conflict of interest in circumstances not permitted, in particular because there was a conflict with those of his clients

6) Used his position as a Solicitor to take or attempt to take unfair advantage of other persons being recipients of letters of claim either for his own benefit or for the benefit of his clients.

Andrew J Crossley response:
Guilty

I am trying to figure out which is the worst accusation, what accusation has more merit and what the final judgement was.

It is a real godsend that Crossley pleaded guilty. He tried to save his own huge back side, but he has effectively made everyone who was involved in the scam scarred with the same judgement. How can Terence Tsang (Or Terence Jintin) manage as a Solicitor when a simple google search will link him to such a scam?

Surely it is time now for all the ACS crew to come out and stick the knife in to Andrew Crossley. It won't help their careers, but it may help their concience a little.

Just as an interesting aside to Terence, see this page

http://sites.google.com/site/acsillegalsite/home/the-players
I know I have posted the link before however it does make interesting reading in light of the SDT Hearing...

Just scroll down to the "Leaked Twitter convo", Terence thought he was talking to me, (of course he may have been, the beauty of anonymity, is you never know) I have removed the Twitter user involved.

Apart from those who remember him in the old chatrooms, this is really the only true insight people have of him.

One to keep out of the CV eh Terence ?

Surely that should read, "who was a paraplegic in the firm" as he clearly didn't have a leg to stand on?

if the members of this forum did nothing else in regard to this whole sorry episode, i'd sincerely hope that they'd make sure his history DID follow him around. phone calls, letters, and emails to any current and future employers should be frequent and detailed.

If an established legal firm like Davenport Lyons omits a search for David Gore on their website, then the stigma of speculative invoicing truly follows you around. Terence Tsang has spent many years training to reach his ultimate goal of being a qualified solicitor. This arrogant asshole has ruined everything for him because he can’t have a true online presence.

Google search his name and the top three entries are not so flattering articles from the one and only hickster. Leyla Mehru – Number one, hicks again!

Might be worth checking obituaries for the late Terence Tsang tributes! :wank

I seem to recall that Terence is doing his training contract with a friend of Crossley's. If he's kept on after his training contract finishes, he'll have a job with a firm that doesn't care about his past. Maybe Crossley will get a job with that firm after his suspension finishes. After all, the firm does intellectual property work!

The fact that Gore is missing from their search facility might not be deliberate. It might be an error, and if it is, it wouldn't be the first time that a firm that specialised in IT matters couldn't get simple things right on their own web site.

On a different matter, I recently saw an analysis of the future of anti-piracy activity, and I must say that it is the best I think I have ever seen.

Michael Coyle of Lawdit, in an article you can see HERE, said as to whether on-line piracy is doomed : " No. The genie is forever out of the bottle whilst sitting on the horse that has bolted from the stable."

A UK media law firm has launched a new branch to their company which it hopes will help tackle piracy.

Have been busy working, but I always keep up with the discussion.

Interesting that Clem Vogler has updated his clients list on his website:

http://adlitem.co.uk/index3.asp

I recall his last entry had ACS:Law in Nov 2009, but he now has:

Guardaley GmbH (Karlsruhe) April 2010
Internet file sharing

GoldenEye Ltd (London) June 2010
Internet file sharing

IPP International (Hamburg) Nov 2010
Internet file sharing

Funny how he promotes himself to losing causes!

Edit:
Not sure how this “Sweet & Maxwell Expert Witness” check mark works but the one on Clems website is for 2010.

He also states:

I am listed (under ad Litem) as a checked expert on computer systems in the Expert Witness Directory (formerly, the Law Society Directory of Expert Witnesses). This register operates vetting procedures to ensure that persons registered are suitably qualified and experienced.

The link HERE is a search for expert witnesses and neither Clem nor Ad Litem is on it (At least the search doesn’t find him).

Also on his website:

1988-cont Self Employed Partner in C&J Vogler (Property Management) and Sole Managing and Technical Director of AdLitem (Computer Consultants)

and at the bottom of his website:

Copyright © Adlitem Ltd 2012

I know Ad Litem is dissolved, but still promoting his services and quoting himself as being listed as an expert as Ad Litem must be dodgy!

Leave these dodgy characters alone for a moment and they go and change things!

Ali T and his http://www.xypy.net VPN access website has gone all arabic!

http://www.xypy.net/

Bing translated is still roughly the same as it was before!

The registrant now for the domain is still:

Anahita Irani
12 Ekbatan St.
Tehran, Tehran N/A
IR

A reminder Ali of previous posts of mine:

The IP address 190.120.227.70 hosts:
gn3sys,com, gn3sys.net, alireza.me, ng3systems.com, ng3sys.com, xypy.net, cyberdealer.co.uk.

zangbar.com admin email address changed from root@xypy.net to root@zangbar.com.

And we know that zangbar.com was registered by you.

Ali T :howdy: you are a dodgy bar steward!

Hi there,

Bit of long shot but my mate received a letter years ago from ACS:law for downloading pornography from a Bit torrent site. He get's married very soon and I have been tasked with job of being his best man, which means I am looking for speech material.

I wondered if any one could help me with getting hold of the content of the ACS:Law letter. I would like to use some snippets of the letter as quotes in the speech.

Has anyone kept the original letter and would they be willing to forward a copy?

Thanks in advance.

I don't have a copy of the letter but please end your speech with this:

"His pursuit of sexual gratification several years ago landed him in the shit for £600. It's going to cost him a lot more than that this time around. Some people never learn."

Receiving an ACS:Law letter for DL p0rn and you want to use that for a best man speech material?

How about you tell his future wife he is a pervert?

Only joking!

In the method of how you ask the request on this forum, it doesn't explain the context of what reply you expect. Was your friend guilty? Or was he innocent? To be honest, I don't care.

My simple reply, in the context of this forum is, don't take the piss.

Those who find themselves on this forum are victims and are not going to help in your request.

Sorry.
