Kazaa Stats Are Fake?

I was expecting Kazaa to drop much more rapidly with all the fake files, mainly the RIAA currupting MP3's... Are they fake stats from kazaa or dont people get it through their heads that there is something else?

Even if Kazaa pulled a SharePro and claimed to have 15 million online users, only the most narrow minded of people would be taken in by it.

There are of course still a couple of mill users still using FastTrack due to human ignorance / not knowing any better. Check out my guide to not using FastTrack!

Pretty good guide considering that you've never bothered to use spellcheck! There were more than 15 grammer, spelling & puctuation errors that I caught! j/k! I think the bottom line is that if you want Fasttrack to go down, help bring it down by disabling sharing on the network. They're already screwed as it is. If companies & organizations don't want us to share copyrighted material on there, then stop sharing mp3's & movies. Think about it.... all there would be left is just porn!

But once the network goes down, then the RIAA will shift their attention elsewhere. So it's good that they're focusing most of their attention on Fasttrack & not other networks.

I don't think the stats are fake. I still use KLR and my eDonkey has a fasttrack plugin.

Whenever you hear about people getting sued for downloaading mp3's you hear the name Kazaa. I think that brings in alot of n00bs. They look for Kazaa, not eDonkey or torrents. Some of which are willing to share real files. If they're really commited to shareing they'll find the better p2p stuff.
