Although unlicensed material is still available via Gnutella, licensed files are prioritized. Secondly, it recently signed an agreement with MusicNet, a provider of licensed music tracks. Customers of iMesh then participate on the companies centralized P2P network (which also allows firewall to firewall transfers) where they can share and distribute licensed for the standard price of 99 cents per download.

Just like Kazaa, there is simply no reason for anyone to use IMesh. There are much better P2Ps available.
p2p_g i wouldnt bother with imesh tbh, its taking the same road as napster as a legal service. Better gnutella clients out there.

did you try peanuts, or one of the other 2 versions of iMesh lite?
Peanuts is a KCeasy rip, the lower version number is a fasttrack client, and the higher one is a gnucdna based gnutella client.

The new KCeasy is a lot better, it connects fast and it uses the new Ares network
