Speak for yourself dude........
Kazaa is now outdated and its just not worth the effort to try and make it good again after previous attempts like k-lite and subsequent followings.
if u want a program like kazaa use ares dude
Amen to that. Personally I started out with irc then napster next morpheus and then kazaa. I won't bore anyone with where I went after that though.
I can remember back in the day there was a point when morpheus was great, but that was back before kazaa and certainly before kazaa lite.
Will all of the fakes and problems kazaa has it is a wonder how it still manages to stick around.
Even now I think most of the fasttrack clients are not kazaa, they are kazaa lite or something else. That says that even most fasttrack users have moved past the original client.
The statement that kazaa needs to be revolutionized is sort of true. Though I do not see why at this point they just don't make it opensource and thus open it to such renovating. There are of course other much better fasttrack client alternatives for users these days.
Still it would be better to just develop a new client and network to replace fasttrack, edonkey2000, gnutella and even bittorrent than to make better clients for the existing bad networks.
