new nzb website

Postby binage » Sat Oct 01, 2005 8:06 am

Hey guys.

Looks like I posted in the wrong thread.

Another free nzb website is * (we are working on it). It offers 400.000 nzb files so far, about 50Tera of download. The main difference with other is it's 100% automatic.

You seem to know what you're doing. That looks good for an alpha.

Thanks. Well you can spread the word, and send yourself an invite while the website is open.

We work on the backend, but then I promise, there will be a decent front website.

Are you planning on adding alt.binaries.tv and alt.binaries.multimedia.tv to your site?

All the groups you see right now all all the groups available on the usenet server, except if I missed some . So you should have everything.

http://www.newzmonster.com

Seems the most promising to my eyes. And it's growing everyday. If their crawler keeps getting improved and the userbase gets large enough, it could knock even the mighty NewzBin off it's throne. Time will tell.

[DOH! Had to edit because I had put in the wrong site!]

Postby NZBsRus » Fri Jan 06, 2006 12:08 pm

Hi all,

Those of you that use NZBsRus.com know that the site has been going through some changes, testing advertising networks etc..

well now i can announce that http://www.NZBsRus.com is once again free to use.

the site is now ad supported.

zango is now removed.

you will only receive approx 2 pop under in a period of 12hours.

there is also a choice to donate if you wish and in return you get to view the site without any adverts and shortly there will be added features for contributing users.

Sadly, I agree :(

I've been building my own usenet crawling website from scratch and just the other day enabled NZB downloads, today I found out about the legal action brought on by the MPAA to nzb indexing sites, so I've reluctantly disabled the feature

It will remain disabled until hopefully it becomes ok again to host these files..

But in the mean time you can still download NFO files and search usenet and nzb headers from my site.. I wish I could be posting my site as another truly free nzb resource, because that was my goal.

Thats right. Lets close down all the file sharing sites so the MPAA (or anyone else) don't know where they are

Someone spammed Slyck with this link and although its been deleted, on this rare occasion i'll repost the link as its quite useful.

Simply change server and host it outside of the US. Problem solved.
I know what you're thinking, punk. You're thinking, 'Did he use six superfluous adjectives or only five?' To tell the truth I forgot myself in all this excitement - but as I deal in English, the most powerful language in the world with subtle nuances that may blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' Well do you punk?

Thanks for the link SlyckScratch. I'm now using NewzLeech.com and find it invaluable. Never having used NZB before, I was amazed at just how easy it was.

What we need to do is relist the truly free nzb sites again. If your that worried about the MPAA "finding out" then stop doing what you are doing. NZB is just like a card catalog at a library it points to the information thats it.

We need a new list for everybody so lets get started.

http://www.nzbplanet.com

I found it couple days ago, and now for me it's definitly best free NZB indexer ... very nice design, fast loading, no limitation of download, there is even firefox plug-in for easy search... and it's free :)

Regards !
