NZBmatrix - how are their entries created?

I did a search at NZBmatrix for 'mfsl' in the Music:All category. The newest entry was more than 4 months old. I know there are newer mfsl postings to newsgroups.

Are the entries at NZBmatrix created by a program or is it done manually?

People post them. Not everything on Usenet is posted there, obviously. :)

How do I find obscure stuff like this that isn't indexed on NZB sites?

Use a search engine. https://www.binsearch.info/?q=mfsl&max=250&adv_age=
AltBinz has 6 or so engines built into it.
