The NZB Site List (2009)

I think it is time for an updated list of available nzb sites. After searching through 2 other outdated threads and filtering through them, I found that 90% of the posted nzb sites are either dead or completely offline.

To make life easier for everyone, I will keep this post updated with recommendations from members, so you won't have to scroll down lots of posts or go to the last page to look for nzb sites, this post will contain all and the latest nzb sites. I suggest un-sticking these two out-dated threads and making this one thread a sticky.

(R) = Registration required
(TV),(FILM),(MUSIC) = Genre Specific
(P) = Either Premium or Other Paid Option

http://www.showdates.net/(R)(TV), and I'd reccomend(*) it.

It lets you specify the TV shows you are interested in, it flags when new episodes are available and allows you to download the NZB and even flag the episodes you've watched etc. TBH It's great for keeping track of shows and it does have NZB's for them most of the time but I do still use NewzLeech to actually download a lot of stuff. I have found on occasion that the nzb hasn't been correct e.g. the previous weeks episode. Still a good site though and most of the NZBs are up to date.

Nice update, but i am lost why you recommend a place thats dead and so full of silly rules until you stump up cash or forced to post like united forums over a site such as merlins portal which is free and one of the largest free site available. Lets face it filesharing talk makes united forums look like a bad dream but you fail to recommend them.

Nice update but imho seems bias in favour of what you call dead sites, why is it even on the list? Half of the site on your list are better IMHO than the one you recommend.

I would say scrap your rating let members decide instead of wasting there time registering to a place like that.

my 2 cents worth

I wonder if we could add a category for clients with integrated search engines, like Newsleecher.

I LOVE this site!! Once I plugged in my shows, to see the schedule, wow, unbelievable!!

Now, if it sent me NZBs, AND made me dinner, well....

Thanks for the nzb download list! I used to have a subscription to newsbin but it ran out and I never renewed it.

I wouldn't say GoNZB.com is the same as before. I think I will do something new. Wat I have finally decided to work on is the email alert system that some people discussed before and I was asked if I could do it. Things have been crazy for awhile (an year to be precise). But yeah I think Ill do it up over anytime now. I just need to get that spark and get down to it within the next 24 hrs.

The idea of the alert was some like this: you select a category and specify some keywords like "Mickey Mouse Season s010" As soon as the file is sighted you receive an email. What was then the idea that we get the nzb as attachment. But its kinda hard to guess if the right file is being picked up and with lots of dupes, nukes and reups as well as formats its best to suggest the list and let us decide which ones to pick. Thats my take and I will be doing so....

The reason I delayed is because I ran a test... let people suggest feedlinks for groups. so far in one year I have received 1000s of links and only 5 were actual rss/feed links. fun

WHat I need is some beta testers. Any volunteers?

Aside from a couple of divvy underlings (no names, no pack drill), I wouldn't be without my NZBMatrix...

Think you need to update this to a 2010 list, a few of them sites are no more, the sites below are all gone

http://www.meganzb.com/
http://v3.nzb-dogz.net/
http://www.united-forums.co.uk/
http://www.merlins-portal.net/
http://www.tvnzb.com/

I just found this site by accident and saw the list, I've also seen quite a bit of debate over the likes of United Forums, Merlins & more recently NZB Dogz sudden demise, I've been using http://www.nzb-forum.com and they have a portal aswell which links to http://www.nzb-forum-portal.com they seem a friendly bunch and have all the latest releases same as most, I guess the sites you use are a personal preferance, I just like the layout of NZB-Forum.com

Just started a New Nzb System, its called Nzb Explorer.

Its a windows desktop app, current has over 300,000 Nzb files avaliable.

Lots of advanced features.

Check it out at nzbuse.net
