Firefox issues

Postby jb » Wed Aug 12, 2009 2:13 pm

I switched to Firefox a month or so ago when Internet Explorer began giving me problems on some sites. I generally like Firefox, HOWEVER, it frequently tells me a server cannot be found, asks if I want to try again, and then connects. Is this a known issue with Firefox?

Yeah, uninstall it and go back to IE :D

Fartingbob would be laughing at me now :P

Seriously, I have no comment...seeing as the IE on this computer does the same thing, which is why I use Chrome on this machine.

Thats a DNS problem, may be nothing you can do about it.

You could try using a public DNS server, such as openDNS or 4.4.4.1
