What is the best software for creating DVD subtitle? Im looking a software that is fast and easy way to create subtitles.

for creating your own and tweaking subs subtitle workshop is one of the best. this is a good app if you need to cahnge formats to suit your authoring software. if you are ripping them from an existing disc vobsub is the standard.
