Copy a DVD

Postby jb » Thu Apr 17, 2008 8:42 am

Ok, sorry if this has been asked before. I would like to copy a commercially produced movie DVD. DVD shrink seems to be the recommendation on Afterdawn. Any better suggestions? I am looking for something easy for a one time event. Thanks.

slysoft clonedvd
or you could make an xvid of it using autogk or a nice x264 rip using automkv.
either way you will still need something like anydvd or dvd decrypter to unlock/decrypt the disc.

DVDshrink is a nice simple program, although you shouldnt expect a high quality end result when cutting a DVD9 movie into a DVD5 in such a short time.
But unless your watching on a 40"+ screen it wont be that bad.
