Cool Fruity Loops Studio Discovery

It's probably nothing ,but I just figured out that you can use your keyboard as an actual piano keyboard in FL studio. I didn't think of trying that for some reason until late tonight. Basically, don't use the '1' and the 'a' button and it'll quickly make sense. Number keys are the black keys and the top row is effectively the quite keys. The lower two rows of keys are your chords. When I discovered this, I whipped out the 3x osc and put together a quick preset, then found myself paying 'chopsticks at 2:30 in the morning.

To think I just moused over my keys this whole time when I could have done things differently! While fooling around, I just improved a new tune I'll be using in an original mix soon. :headbang:

I thought these things were reserved for special hardware of some sort. Guess I was wrong on that one!

Many years ago I programmed the keyboard of an IBM PC to play tunes in PC Basic by dividing the oscillator frequency by various numbers
