ipod trouble

Hey a coworker brought an ipod nano to work and wants me to put music on it, i dont want to install iTunes on my computer, so am wondering if theres another way to just put the music on? Searched on google quickly but nothing came up :(

Another vote for yamipod. Altought, you do have to install and run iTunes once.
