If you're looking for a quicker way to install Windows 7 than via DVD, try installing it from a USB drive. This guide describes two ways to make a bootable Windows 7 USB drive.

Useful for installing on netbooks/anything without a DVD drive. Also, tends to be quicker installs, if you do alot of them and get frustrated/bored waiting.

I'd like to install Windows 7 on my 10 inch netbook, and I thought it would be enough to create an .ISO file like an image of Windows disk and install it this way. Would it work out then, how d'you think? (I'm not a geek or whatever)

No... That wont work.
Along with the 1st link posted, Google is your friend:

It's pretty simple.
