KazAa?

Postby plumbpits » Tue Dec 21, 2004 9:28 pm

I know I know, it's a waste of space of the foroum but who still out there uses Kazaa? Why bother posting articles about information whether or not to help you out with programs that tweak kazaa etc..

pointless.pointless.

This just in : Never ever use Kazaa unless you want to download fake files, viruses and trojans and have your computer filled to the breaking point with spyware!

I'm wondering, what kind of person actually uses Kazaa? I mean it has over 2 million users. Can anyone actually come to the defense of this program or at least say that they use it and what for?

I can't remember the last time I've used KaZaA or any of its clones, but I will use it as a last resort if I'm desperate for a file and I can't find it anywhere else. I think everyone's done that.

I still have kazaa lite installed on my computer.
Does that count? I haven't used it in nearly a year.

Why stop using kazaa if you can get what you want?

sig2dat links were created way after ed2k links and yes there are still sites that have them. And the FT plugin for eDonkey accepts them :P

yeah, what BWS said.

try ShareTheFiles.org, FindHash or Up2Dat for FastTrack sig2dat links.

try Sig2Dat For Idiots for more info on using sig2dat links.

I still use Kazaa Lite Resurrection on some occassions. It is very good source for older music files from the 80's, but is not good to find new files. I can find all of the music I used to love listening to and download it faster from FastTrack than from the other networks. For new music and other files I use LimeWire Pro.

Thanks. 8)
