:? Why do city's acknowledge Ghetto's and low income areas?

They're making money off the area. Controling gang crime.
In the case of city governance, they use it as a scape goat.
They care about the area. Like they grew up there or they know someone.

They're getting something from it. The words Kazaa, Imesh and Fasttrack could be bringing people to the site(n00bs). But that can't be true cause then there'd be no problem with merging the 4 sections.
Or they want 1 undisputed crap program. But that can't be true cause then there'd still be no problem with merging the 4 sections.

So there's only 1 explanation. The admin must be Fasttrack fans.

A poll in the 'Tell us what you think forum'?

Q: Should Kazaa/lite/Imesh finally [- Added for effect] be merged with the FastTrack forum?

A1: Yes - Seeing anything FT related once is more then enough!

A2: No - Madness! You work for Sharman don't you?! :P

Well, time for a poll, methinks Allied should have the liberty of setting it up :P

Well until I see some opposition to the movemnet I don't think a poll is necessary.

/me waits for admin to say something

Until then I'm going to keep spamming this thread with Ghetto comparisons.

The cops harass rich people in Ghetto's cause they associate them with crime.
The Riaa goes after the big uploaders cause they associate them with the miniscule drop in record sales.

Yeah man what's going on? Actually I'm connected right now via KCeasy and it says 3.3 million. Yesterday it was 3.5 million. Even 3 million users is astounding. So does anyone know whats going on? I'm surprised there's not an article about it. Could it be WInMX immigrants?

THe stats cannot be counted on for accuracy anymore. There was debate on removing it since, these days, it seems to be more of a number generator. I'm quite positive SlyckTom and SlyckRay will say the same thing.

I don't think FastTrack stats take into account the phony RIAA/Anti-pirate users who pollute the network day in and day out and I think it would be impossible to exclude them all.

At one point, the statistics show that FastTrack, Overnet AND Gnutella beating out ED2K and two of the leaders had EXACTLY the same user count. Long story short, it was obviouse the stats were messed up there for a little bit.

Bottom line, don't rely on Slyck stats as concrete facts. I don't think there is a proper crawler in exiestence anymore that can give you legit numbers on any network because of all the hurdles it would have to overcome these days.

I think the stats should stay just to give viewers a general idea of which are the most populated networks. There should have a note that the numbers aren't accurate too.
