P2P Testing Framework?

Hi,
I'm currently developing a new P2P based app (not a file sharing one, but close technologically). I am looking for a testing framework that will enable me to easily manage a test network of around 50 nodes (on 5 pcs each running 10 VMs), quickly distribute new versions, run various tests, etc.

I couldn't find anything that really does what I need. Any ideas?
