Which torrent and p2p sites still use popunders to monetize

Postby pop » Sat Dec 13, 2008 5:23 pm

Greetings,

Does anyone know which large torrent sites (if any) still use full screen popunders to monetize their sites. PM me if you must.

Thanks,
pop

P2P is not piracy, it's marketing. In fact, if your music or movie is NOT being downloaded, you should be WORRIED !
If you can't even give it away for free, how do you expect to sell it, stupid ?

i don't get it, why do you care?

I hate popups/popunders as much as anybody else, but if i owned a site I'd use them too.

Some torrent/nzb sites out there are real nice, constantly updated, and maintained. They don't deserve a little money that we don't even have to pay? I sure think they do.

Sure they do,

as long as they don't use pop-ups, -downs, -unders, -lefts, -right, -inbetweens, -whatevers.

Could be worse, it could use those flash ads with say annoying things whenever your mouse scrolls over them. If im using a PC that doesnt have any adblocker those ads make me want to hunt down those responsible and reenact my favourite scenes from the film Saw.
