I did, but it just tok me to another page and seemed to be trying to push premium again. Tells me the file has been d/l 9 times already and asks for a location to upload. I think I'm overlooking something. Help?

You wait 30 seconds, scrow to the bottom, choose the server (Alpha or Omega), get past the image verification and click download

You need javascript enabled if you are using script block or something similiar with Firefox.

Ok, playing with settings now to try and d/l. What a palaver, though.

Nobody fancies emailing to me, do they? (details in profile?)

I couldn't get it to work within the 2 minutes of testing and I am too lazy to try it again.

Most likely since I was using proxy servers when I did a 'test' is why it didn't block US IP's (although it did resolve the flag fine).

EDIT: Let me rephrase that:

I couldn't get it to work within the 2 minutes of testing and don't feel like closing out of newsleecher and quite a few other programs just to run AZ. :P

I'm using it right now and I'm not exactly sure if it works or not. I dont see anyone from my area, but I never saw them before except the time I kicked and banned him in Azureus. :?

And nick@slyck.com is actually valid?

Hey U_O, did you change the 'gb' to 'us' in the settings.txt?

And why does it take so long for you k0D?

Well, first time I've been to rapidshare and I reckon it will be my last. Mixture of settings on the hated ie (wife's pc), an equal hatred of java bloatware, h/w firewall and zone alarm pro.

Hopefully Lax will email to me, then if anyone else's having probs they can drop me an email and I'll reply with it.

I'm no great Az lover, but I'll go back to jre and use it just to try this out. And coming from a dedicated BC user, that's saying a lot

Thanks, Lax. I'll pop around to parents to say hi and then get back to try this. Much appreciated, mate

Edit: If anyone is having similar dire probs with vapidshare then email me today and I'll reply with the file. But it won't be for a couple of hours as I have to nip out

Hey lax, it may because I was behind a socks proxy although if it uses the IPfilter it should still work correctly. No big deal, I'm not that worried about it.

I use usenet for 95% of my downloads anyhow.

But thanks for the help nonetheless.

EDIT: Talk about us 3 spamming the hell out of this thread. (just kidding by the way)

New version :)

http://rapidshare.de/files/12613290/Cou ... 3.zip.html

Features:

You can right click on a torrent and set it to blocked/unblocked
New column in torrent view showing if the torrent is blocked
Settings page (Plugins > Country Locator Mod) to allow you to select your country and whether or not new downloads are automatically blocked.

Known bug

Blocked state of torrents is not remembered between sessions (when you restart AZ they'll be set to whatever your 'block new downloads by default' is set to.

Full source code here

Sorry about the rapidshare links, I know they suck, but I dont have any webspace I can use for this.

EDIT: I wonder if Azureus would add this to their plugins page

Thanks ukdnb,

My site isn't the fastest thing in the world but these files aren't too huge either.

Click here and you will see the latest updates that ukdnb has sent me.

Yeah, more than 1 country would be great. My country has like 3 different country codes for different areas.

Ya know, there are times when I feel proud to be a part of this community. And this is certainly one of them. :)

Concept, planning, programming, hosting all done in record time through peer cooperation.

Well done ukdnb and everyone, no matter what their contribution. And thanks. Please keep us posted on the further development of this, I'd also like to see if we can do anything to publicise this.

Best make sure that people know why all this has been necessary.
