I don't know, but if in fact that is the problem and it gets fixed I may give it another spin.

I tried it along time ago and it got stuck on the start screen (just as I expected). It was one of the quickest unistalls ever. (right up there with CrustyFiles)

Actually, most problems with installing Blubster Clean can be fixed by installing an app such as Piolet, (careful to opt out of the spyware int he installer.) Then uninstall Piolet and Install Blubster Clean.

What this does is creates some missing .ocx files on your computer that Blubster Clean needs to run...

Thanks for the info. I was never really into it the MP2P Network that much. If I ever work up the courage to install it again I will take remember your advice.

Its hard to find the time to install and test out new p2p clients when 99.9 % of them = Crap.

when you deny the spyware in the setup ..cause it gives you the option .

delete s4setp.exe in the piolet folder.

Ok, I took your advice j_dogg. I installed Piolet which I opted out of the mysearch spyware shite, and then installed blubster-clean and it worked.

But, My question to you is this: Who the hell wants to use this p2p network?

It's totally worthless IMO. The only thing it found was top 40 mainstream britney\justin crap. I was very disappointed and it was unistalled after a few hours. All I got to say is I will NOT be recommending it to anyone unless they want mainstream crapola.

And please don't start flaming me because the only reason I tried it was to see what all the hype was about, and it most certainly did not meet up to my standards. (which is totally diff from you all). :D

Well you use the network if you think it has content you want.
I only rarely use mp2p, as Shareaza (on G2) is my p2p app of chioce. I use others as well.

I find that I only use mp2p when I can't find a mp3 I'm looking for @ 192kbps or more. mp2p has quite a diverse range of music I've found, not quite as good as soulseek's or dc, but it's O.K.
The one problem I find with mp2p is that the network seems to has discontinued to expand, hovering at about 300,000 users. However new releases of Piolet/Blubster should see a change in that.

Yea I'm not bashing the program , but I am just saying it didn't do me anygood.

I'm not into singles or Main Mainstream Music (yes I said main twice).

But there is no "perfect" p2p app for all, so it's a mute point. Sorry that I came across strong about it.

And btw, Jdogg is right, It's not new.
