To be honest, I don't remember the Tech Talk website ever being down, but it is definitely up as of now.

I would also like to add a podcast to the list to check out:

Security Now - A highly indepth and informational podcast with Leo Laporte and Steve Gibson of GRC fame

I couldn't connect for a little bit there and I just forgot to edit the post when I was. I had Security Now, but I didn't know it had it's own home page, so I editted that in.

Thanks! :D

Hi, new here!

A new tech podcasts which is under Leo Laporte podcasts family: Inside the Net with Amber McCarter
The first episode (29/11) talks about Firefox and the second episode will be Flock.

You can get it from TWiT's website: http://thisweekintech.com

Btw, what software are you using to get your podcasts? I'm using Juice (formerly iPodder) but it seems a bit buggy.

Added. If the list gets a whole heck of a lot bigger, I think I may need to put it into some specific order instead of adding new ones on the bottom :?

Yeah, I'm using the old defunct iPodder still, but I onlt use it for a podcast that's probably not airing right now. I actually simply manually go to each site and hope theres something new saddly :(

Though it would be cool to start adding RSS feed software too to the list to help. I havn't looked into Feedburner as of yet and iPodderX costs money :(

Hmm, I've made a VERY interesting discovery recently while watching Hak.5. This podcast contains eastereggs which can lead to extra footage and outtakes. You have to have be able to pick up on very subtle details in order to find the extra links because they flash VERY quickly and in fonts similar to the background. Happy hunting!

PS: Not giving away the easteregg I found ;)

Edit: I think this thread also needs some discussion as well instead of JUST being a list dedicated to podcasting. So, please post your reviews on the podcasts (I will post some later) :)

Apprently, Leo Laporte made a new show called 'Triangulation'. I've editted that in under the TWiT list. :)

fixed a link that was apparently broken. Added one review and editted another one.

Hak.5 is a great podcast. Contains eastereggs (which isn't really found in the other podcasts), some hilarious satire segments and some interesting and helpful tips and tricks that you may not have thought of. I personally recommend it! :D

Genre: Travel
Podcast: Fly With Me
Site: http://flywithme.podshow.com
Description: Hear from flight attendants and pilots as they tell what goes on behind the galley curtain (and behind the coockpit door)
Comment: His voice is sexy! I'll comment after my exam (which I think I'm going to fail). Episode 8.5 might interest you, read the comments (especially Dave's)if you don't really understand like me.

Podcast: Betty in the Sky with A Suitcase!
Site: http://betty.libsyn.com
Description: Travel the world with Flight Attendant Betty!
Comment: Not sure what to say about this...

P.S. Leo Laporte wants to have 7 podcasts a week so we can listen to him everyday.

@puntspeedchunk:

It's very nice of you to contribute to this thread. I think it'll be better to link to the podcasters' website than a search result?

sweet! Excellent finds. I've added them all in... OK, I'll re-organize them before the list gets too insanely long.

Edit: I reorganized it and tried to make it look cleaner. :)

Yeah, couldn't stand to see such a comprehensive list of stuff sit there unorganized (well, was organized by whatever was added next, but not really THAT great of a way to organize it  ) Plus, the fact that I'm like, "If it looks bad to me, it must look AWFUL to anyone else who looked at the list!"

Anyways, added the latest link. Cool to finally add a site with podsafe music! :D

Edit: glad you like it. Heck, I'm starting to check everything through this list now because everything is here in a nice neat list! :D

Oh yeah, I posted everything in alphabetical order to, so you should find things quickly as well just as long as you know the name. :)

I decided to see what would happen if I posted a podcast on content.emule-project.net. Since there were other avaliable sources, I thought Diggnation would be a good trial release.

Heheh, sorry bout that. Yeah, it got stickified.

I added a new catagoy and podcast. I think someone here has it in their sig, but I can't remember for sure now.

Edit: Added another Tech podcast (recently released their 4th podcast)

Edit: Added another tech podcast. I felt that it was obviouse that it should have been in there, but somehow it slipped through the cracks... not anymore!

Edit: Added a podcast blog.

Edit: Added a multi-podcast site. I can admit that this list is far from complete when I'm only adding this just now

Edit: Jun Group officially now has a second podcast, so I moved "The Scene" to the more appropriate section with the other show linked. ;)

Edit: Fixed 2 links :?

Edit: Added a catagory and, consequently, a podcast. In case your wondering, this was found by a friend of mine and not me this time. :)

Edit: On closer inspection, the item should have been placed elsewhere. Oh well, moved to a more appropriate catagory.

Edit: Added another huge podcast directory. :)

Edit: Added a description, a catagory and (of course) a podcast to the list. Hopefully this list will cover all the major catagories soon :D

Edit: Added another show (looks interesting enough to watch, will check it out tomorrow sometime... maybe) :)

What about diggnation? My favourite podcast, made by Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht.. both used to be on TechTV.

edit: PurePwnage isn't really a podcast or even a videocast. It's a funny video series.
