Problem access on bitsoup

hi , i have account on bitsoup.org but suddenly i cant access him anymore, it always when i try to get bitsoup pop up message 403 eror forbiden ip unauthorized, did i get banned and why i dont have multiple account, i have a good download upload ratio, and for 5 months since i get internet and account on bitsoup so far there was no problem. my account username on bitsoup is kwinsy. i would really appreciate if you could answer me and solve this problem. thank you

it doesn't sound like it's down for him, grym, but rather that his IP has been banned.
