after my 1st try i've got no connection, i will try again .
i will not say that the vpn is block right now, but i will keep trying.
but after all this is a university internet so it's more than likely that there is a firewall system blocking any kind of sharing protocol.

i have to tell you that i am getting access to the internet through an RJ45 wire Ethernet.

this explain everything :

I get "error 619" when I try to connect – what can I do?
This is usually caused by your router/firewall not passing GRE/PPTP packets properly. Try rebooting your router, adjusting its settings, or using another type of router.

Ah! .... Yep, it looks like they've got things sewn up pretty tightly. :?

Blocking VPN is ridiculous though - there are so many legitimate uses for it. You could try complaining to them .... perhaps tell them that you need to establish a VPN link with a remote PC at home to access your files and see if they're willing to lift the restriction for you.
