I can't access my favourite torrent site - what's happening?

Not exactly a torrent site but VCDQ is down which is very, very unusual. The last time was when a file in Houston knocked out their server.

Is cinemageddon.org down? Some of the trackers show connection error, while some are still working. The site itself seems to be down.

Doesn't load, but NWTools gives no error while pinging

As far as I can tell vcdq.com has been taken down voluntarily after a hijack attempt? The last cached page on google shows links from a display advert to a download site which is stricty against vcdq's policy. Anyone here heard anything on irc?

The channel key was taken off ages ago. I've been in touch with X69 who is on holiday and only has dial-up. He's logged a fault with the ISP and requested a reboot of the server(s) however I haven't heard anything else so I'll drop him a text in a bit. It's just a fault that is taking an ass-load of time to resolve for some reason. Hopefully it's nothing too serious and we'll be back soon.
