WinMX Problem

I'm trying to download a few things off of WinMX today and I am having an odd problem. To my knowlege, I'm using the latest WinMX beta update (beta 4 i think).

I will open WinMX and it will initialize and everything, (giving me primary and secondary connections), but when I search for song files, I'm not getting any single result on anything. I've even tried seaching for more common bands and I'm still not getting anything. It wasn't doing this the last time I used WinMX.

I took my computer to school last week and my classmate made a few changes in my Bios to help Unreal 2004 run better on it. It didn't make much of a difference so I went and reset everything back to how it was before. I'm not sure if that would alter how WinMX runs. Soulseek is still working normally.

Cant see as it would make a difference, but it really depends on what s/he did.

Try changing your ports - have a poke about in Settings.

Hmm...well, it seems to be working again. I don't know why it wasn't working earlier. Maybe it was having a hiccup or something.
