Problem sharing some file extensions

Having problem sharing the files i want in Winmx 3.54. Beta 4

the file-extension that seem to be impossible to share is "Vob" and "MP2"

i have writen like this in file options

New Filetype (.vob)
New Filetype (mp2)

(allso tested both with big letters)but it doesnt share it whatever i seem to do

odd as it is..when i did a search for filetypes for only Vob,it found one..but it was another file on my computer that wasn't even shared lol

have i writen right above?

some help would be appretiated :D

You are limited to adding only 16 file extensions in the box under Shared File Types.

if those filetypes are not listed there in the options. add them. if you can.

i now removed alot of unessesary "New File-types"

and i have only 7 now. and i allso added it in

Video (. vob. wmv. asf) etc

but it still doesnt share it..

Have you gone back to your shared list and checked the files are green ticked , if not click on them and adjust their status and then hit the "refresh" button.

If they are not appearing in your shared list at all please look again at the file extension settings and maybe unshare and reshare the folder that contains the files to allow it to reparse the contents.

Can I urge you not to share DRM formats like asf, wmv on the network as these files contain identifying information on who made them,and some viruses use the DRM feature to infect machines, so they are viewed with suspicion by many, always share plain Mp3's where possible.

it did solve..it was oviosly a VLC extension...im inoccent thou :) thanks
