LOL I will most likely be an old geezer one day, but not any time soon. And as for WinMX, I'm giving up on v.4 if nothing is out by october, cuz then the frontcode.com and winmx.com domains drop...

Frontcode had better not let the WinMX domain lapse - you can be sure that pornking/spamking/cybersquatter Stephen Cohen will be trying to snatch WinMX for himself. If that ever happens then WinMX is finished!!

Let's hope that dosn't happen, but Sybesma said that if that should be the case than he whould decompile winmx and make it open source, and that whould make it even better, I kinda like the name OpenMX....

Please do me a favor, do not follow me. I do not have enough liability insurance when a pile up happens when I make a mistake.

Have fun here and realize I am just another flame dancing in the fire. HC is a great guy but understand post count is small potatoes compared to the bigger picture.

Yes I do admit a lil flooding to pass Tom, but the majority of my posts relates to news. Understand knowledge is power and I am just a messenger, just like HC. So we are top posters, whoopie. In my book, a strong defense (knowledge) is your best offense!!! Protect yourselves, the industry is sneaking up on us and we all better be prepared. It all comes down to one equation:

Content vs privacy

As notbob says before all else is apples and oranges. Best to be informed.

I'm not sure of what you're referring to, but if it has something to my earlier post, please be advised I was just jesting. It was my way of congratulating you and HC. I have a life, fortunately, which doesn't revolve around how many posts I have or whether I make it to mod here or there. That being said, it is the top posters who keep this place alive, and set the standards for the other posts.

So keep going!

My fine Argentenian (sorry if I butchered it) friend, I understand.

My point is to simply spread the news. 8)

Scuse me, I know all too well. You and so many others make me happy to pop back in here because this is such a friendly community.

Jest as you may, I was simply trying to explain the majority of my posts were to help inform others. Like HC, we both would almost bend over backwards to lend our advice as to what works best.
